Graphics & Branding

Our experienced designers use PowerPoint,
After-Effects, Photoshop and other display
software (including the use of video clips)
to create high impact visual presentation
of your messages. You can trust Whitwam
to look after your corporate branding through
all aspects of event communication such
as on display panels, banners, signage and
animated effects.

Video & Audio
|
|
Whitwam will take care of the production
of conference opening and closing videos,
live video filming, real time vision mixing
and projection, animation, editing, recording
and appropriate sound effects. Bringing
your messages home, with impact.

Support & Collaboration
|
|
Whitwam will prepare for your event through the building
and assembly of staging or other equipment, testing
and finishing of technical structures and logistical
organisation of your company materials. Our advanced
logistics skills are not confined to the UK. We can
follow your company requirements around Europe, if required.
We will support your staff by ensuring they have plenty
of rehearsals and feel happy and confident with any
equipment they need to use, such as laser pointer, autocue
and microphone technology. We will take full control
of the running of the event, such as timing and technical
management. And when it's all over, and you and your
staff want to get home, we will stay behind and tidy
up!

Extension & Review
|

We can provide event support materials for your audience,
either on CD or USB port, according to your requirements.
Content such as programme details, speaker biographies,
audio visual recordings, slide ware and graphics can
all be sent to your audience as an extra reminder of
your organisation's messages. At Whitwam we insist on
event debriefs with our Clients, to ensure that Client
objectives have been met appropriately and to gain valuable
feedback which helps us to further improve our service
in the future.
