The Superintendents' Association of England
and Wales is the professional association
that represents the senior police officers
in the 43 Home Office Police Forces, British
Transport Police, Civil Nuclear Constabulary
and Isle of Man Police in the rank of Superintendent
and Chief Superintendent.

Each year the association holds an annual
conference during September for around 300
delegates to include senior police officers,
Home Office officials, the Home Secretary
and various government ministers and key
stakeholders.

The event lasts for three days, designed
to update delegates on latest developments
within the Police Service and communicating
topical issues.

Whitwam has been asked to produce the conference
every year for the last 10 years and will
be invited to do so again for September
2010.

'Whitwam is an extremely professional organisation'
said Sarah Gibbons, one of the conference
organisers for the Association. 'It is really
important that this event runs smoothly,
and I know that will always be the case
with Buz and his team at the helm. Whitwam
really understands our unique requirements
and delivers proactively to everyone's high
expectation. Although they are obviously
a technical team, they never baffle us with
jargon and all costs are broken down and
totally transparent down to the last light
bulb.'

Derek Barnett, President of the Association,
said 'We have some really important government
attendees to this event each year, not to
mention the press and many influential dignitaries.
The level of professionalism is very high
and the conference production needs to mirror
that. Whitwam has never failed to deliver
to our high standards.'
