Installation
|

Our installations are undertaken by our own engineers
and completed to the highest of standards. Thorough
planning and preparation, excellent communication skills,
and an absolute commitment to quality and client satisfaction,
are all hallmarks of the Whitwam approach. When commissioning
entire systems, all components are fully tested and
manuals are provided. User training is also offered
in conjunction with the system handover.

Maintenance
|
|
Whitwam offer maintenance agreements for all installations.
The benefit for the Client is twofold. Firstly, a preventative
maintenance programme exposes faults and thereby enables
most problems to be resolved before they bring the system
to a halt. Secondly, in the event that a system does
fail, our commitment to a prompt response helps to minimise
downtime, disruption and inconvenience.
